As Club Officer Training Round 2 approaches, this session brings together our experienced trainers to review the Toastmasters International training materials and ensure a consistent, engaging, high-quality learning experience across District 72.
During this collaborative workshop, we will:
Review and align on the Club Officer Training Round 2 curriculum.
Discuss session duration, scheduling, and recommended break times.
Share best practices for delivering key training content.
Identify opportunities for interactive learning and participant engagement.
Review and refine PowerPoint presentations and supporting resources.
Plan the effective use of Zoom features, including breakout rooms and polls.
Agree on feedback collection methods to measure training effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
Share expectations, responsibilities, and delivery approaches to maintain consistency across all training sessions.
We will also discuss how Club Officer Training can help promote the District 72 Annual Conference, to be held in New Plymouth in May 2027, and encourage member participation in this premier district event.
